Open from April 2016, Atami Tensui boasts an open-air hot spring bath. It features rooms decorated in bright tones with modern furnishing. Complimentary welcome beverages and light snacks are served at the on-site restaurant. Free WiFi is available in public areas.

Creative cuisine including dishes like fresh sashimi, roasted beef and seasonal Japanese delicacies are served for dinner. A wide range of alcohol beverages are also on offer at the on-site restaurant.

Rooms at Tensui Atami are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a coffee maker. Some rooms have a seating area and a private open-air hot tub.

台南市1分局府東派出所值班警員鐘宜瑄，日前接獲勤務中心緊急協尋通報，要協尋37歲劉姓女子，她疑似為了小白臉離去，感情發生問題在FB揚言自殺，鐘員接獲通報後，立即通知巡邏人員，並告知劉女最後發話地點在東區虎尾寮重劃區，警方於是連繫轄內所有的住宿業者協助協尋。

一方面，府東派出所所長陳宗鑫、警員顏育俊立即前往發話地點附近之旅宿、公園查訪，在鐘員致電所轄旅宿業多方詢問下，發現其中某家汽車旅館業者於電話中態度消極、支吾其詞，鐘員基於為警之敏感度及直覺，二次致電該業者並說明人命關天之緊急性，業者才說出劉女投宿之實情。

鐘員得知後，立即連繫所長陳宗鑫前往了解，警方到場後，發現劉女滿身酒氣、情緒激動，且枕頭旁有血跡，警方第一時間先行確認劉女有無服用藥物、傷害自己等需要就醫之情形，並對其展發柔情勸說穩定劉女情緒，在確認劉女身體無大礙後，隨即通知家屬前來。

劉女見父親到場情緒當場潰堤，哭倒在家人的懷裡，家屬表示動員全家找尋劉女皆無所獲，所幸警方熱心積極，立即尋獲劉女阻止憾事，對警方深表感謝及讚許。

親民黨副祕書長劉文雄7月31日不幸病逝，享壽64歲，與劉文雄交好的民進黨團總召柯建銘1日在臉書貼文悼念，他稱讚劉文雄是不可多得的戰將型人物，對於劉文雄突然走了，感到無常、惋惜。

柯建銘說，劉文雄走了，本期待他能康復，現驚聞噩耗，實感人生之無常，不勝唏噓。親民黨主席宋楚瑜淚別摯友所言：「痛失戰將、哀悽無盡」，更發人哀痛、心酸。

柯建銘回憶說，最後一次與劉文雄碰面、閒聊就在7月6日，第一次臨時會結束之隔天(如照片)，就在中午與助理飯後至辦公室旁咖啡廳前，那天巧遇，他對臨時會之狀況、國內政局變化與朝野互動之狀況，甚表關心，他招牌之笑容、風趣，很難想像，他就如此突然走了。實無常、實惋惜。

柯建銘表示，劉文雄二任省議員、三任立委(4、5、6屆)，2000年3月底加入親民黨，是一個不可多得的戰將型人物，因他個人久位總召，劉則當過親民黨幹事長、副總召、總召，朝野協商常碰面，也從而建立私交，成好友。

柯建銘指出，四、五、六屆立委正值DPP少數執政期，朝小野大，備感艱辛，雖彼此政治立場不同，但劉文雄常展現就事論事之原則，不同於現今KMT只杯葛、反對、胡鬧。是有豪氣、守信，抓大方向可溝通、講理之黨鞭，發言讓人心悅誠服，不得不重視其意見，是戰將、是領導性人物。

柯建銘說，劉文雄反應敏捷、辯才無礙、立論清晰，雖見攻擊，但不逼人，政論節目中，自娛娛人、插科打諢、機鋒自現、條理分明，私下聊天有他在之場合，絕不冷場，是為「劉氏風格」，政治人物之幽默感，是成熟、達理、至情至性之成熟表現，現政治人物幾希?

柯建銘最後說，痛失好友，前別親民黨祕書長秦金生，再弔劉文雄，二人皆交鋒過手後成好友，徒以為文以為不捨，哀之、痛之。
